【摘要】 通过对叶片生产车间精益生产以及车间信息化的需求分析,提出了叶片生产车间精益制造执行系统(LMES)的建设。设计了该车间LMES系统的系统模型、LMES车间网络构架以及LMES的功能结构,开发出了叶片生产车间LMES原型系统,并重点论述了LMES系统当中的精益MES模块,最后介绍了LMES系统当中重要的工作界面。叶片生产车间LMES系统将精益生产思想合理地融入到MES当中,以合理优化分配车间资源,减少车间库存成本,提高制造执行系统(MES)的执行能力为目的,大大提高了车间的生产效率以及车间交货的准确性,从而实现车间的精益制造。更多还原

【Abstract】 It analyzes the demand for blade production workshop’s lean production and informatization,putting forward the construction of blade production workshop’s lean manufacturing execution system. Designs the LMES ’s system model,LMES’s workshop network architecture and LMES’s functional structure,develops a prototype system of LMES in the blade production workshop,and highlights the Lean MES model,finally introduces the important interface of LMES. Blade production workshop’LMES merges the lean production into the MES,rationally allocates all of resources in workshop,reduces costs of inventory,increases the MES’s execution capabilities as the target,greatly improves the efficiency of production and the accuracy of the workshop’s delivery,and achieves lean manufacturing.更多还原
