反求工程在液力变矩器叶轮建模中的应用研究

【摘要】 T30液力变速箱为轨道车辆液力变速箱,装载于JW-4型接触网作业车上。液力变速箱由液力传动部分和机械传动部分组成,液力传动部分主要部件为液力变矩器和液力偶合器。在液力变矩器的设计过程中运用反求工程技术能够得到精确的三维数字模型。运用光电非接触式三坐标扫描测量仪对叶轮进行扫描得到叶轮表面点云数据,并在此基础上运用NURBS曲面重构方法对叶片进行重构。为验证叶轮重构精度,对叶轮模型进行误差分析,分析结果表明重构的叶轮精度达到预期。

【Abstract】 T30 Hydraulic transmission box for railway vehicle hydraulic transmission is loaded in JW-4 catenary work car.Hydraulic transmission box is constituted by hydraulic and mechanical transmission parts. Hydraulic torque converter and hydrodynamic coupling are the main parts of the hydraulic transmission parts. Using reverse engineering technology in the design process of the hydraulic torque converter may help to obtain the precise 3D digital model. The point cloud data on surface of the impeller is digitally acquired by photoelectric non-contact three-dimensional scanning measuring instrument,and then reconstructs the blade by utilizing the method of NURBS surface reconstruction. Analyzes reconstruction error of the impeller in order to validate the precision of the reconstruct impeller which is reconstruct,and the result proves that the precision achieves the goal.
