新型喷雾旋风除尘器的工作机理研究

【摘要】 旋风除尘器作为一种常用的除尘设备,提高其对微细粉尘分离效率问题一直是国内外研究的热点。通过在旋风除尘器顶端安装喷头,将旋风除尘和喷雾降尘相结合。高速旋流提高了雾滴碰撞并捕集微尘粒子的概率,而雾滴则增加了微尘粒子的离心力,致使微尘粒子更容易被甩向器壁。利用CFX仿真计算出除尘器的可喷雾空间,确定喷头的安装范围并通过数学方法计算出喷雾过程中压力与捕捉效率的数学关系。最后通过MATLAB软件进行曲线拟合,绘制出理论上不同压力下的除尘效率曲线。实验结果表明,新型喷雾旋风除尘器对微细粉尘的除尘效率有明显地提高。

【Abstract】 Cyclone dust collector,as one kind of dedust removal equipment commonly used,how to improve the minuteness dust separation efficiency of cyclone dust collector has been a hot research at home and abroad. Through installing sprinkler in the top of cyclone,it combines the cyclone dust removal and spray dust. High-speed cyclone improves the probability of droplet collision,while the droplet increased centrifugal force of dust particles,causing the dust particles being more likely to be thrown to the wall. Using CFX to simulate and calculate the space that dust collector can spray,to determine the installation scope of the sprinkler,and to calculate the mathematical relationship between the pressure and the capture efficiency of the spray process through mathematical method. Finally,using MATLAB software to do curve fitting,it draws on dust removing efficiency curves of new type cyclone under different pressure on the theory. Experimental results show that the new type of spray cyclone dust has improved efficiency of fine dust.
