多自由度可控装载机构的构型设计与综合研究
Configuration Design and Synthesis Study of Multi-DOF Controllable Loading Mechanism
【摘要】 多自由度可控机构式装载机是一种将可控机构应用到工程机械领域而开发的新型装载机,为进一步研究此类可控装载机构新构型,分析研究了现有装载机工作装置的工作原理和结构特点;利用胚图插点的方法得出了平面两自由度五杆、七杆、九杆机构所有拓扑胚图类型;根据可控机构式装载机结构特点,确定拓扑胚图中的功能构件,将满足条件的拓扑图转换为装载机构;通过提出可控装载机构择优准则,对所得构型进行分析和优选,得到可控装载机构最佳构型。
【Abstract】 The multi-DOF controllable mechanism loader was developed through the controllable mechanism technology and it is applied to the field of construction machinery. In order to further study of this new type of woke equipment, the working principle and structural characteristics of the existing work equipment of loader are analyzed. Adopting the method of insertion point in topology embryonic graphs, all topology graphs of the planar 2-DOF five-bar, seven-bar and nine-bar mechanism are obtained. According to the structure characteristics of the controllable mechanism loader, the functional components such as frame and bucket are determined and the topology graphs which meet the requirements of configuration are transformed into loading mechanism. Then, preferred principle of the new type of loader is put forward, all the configurations obtained on the basis of the selection criterion are analyzed and optimized, finally the best configuration of new type of work equipment which meets the requirement of the loading operation is obtained.
