某型号航空电机转子动力学分析
Resonance Analysis for Aviation Motor Rotor of One Model
【摘要】 为了避免航空电机在运行过程中额定转速与电机固有临界转速接近而产生共振,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某航空电机转子进行转子动力学分析,得到了电机转子在相对应实际工作转速、力矩下的七阶频率模态振型图及临界转速的坎贝尔图。通过分析坎贝尔图得出了该电机转子的四个临界转速,将电机额定转速与临界转速对比,结果相差较大,说明了电机不会因为额定转速与临界转速接近而产生共振,电机转子结构设计具有合理性,为同类产品的转子动力学仿真分析提供了可靠的依据。
【Abstract】 In order to avoid air motor rated speed in the process of running and motor inherent critical speed close to resonate,applying ANSYS finite element analysis software to aviate motor rotor dynamics analysis,and obtained the motor rotor in plus actual work speed,torque corresponding boundary conditions of seven order frequency corresponding to the modal vibration mode and critical speed of Campbell diagram. By analyzing Campbell diagram,it obtained the four critical speed of the motor rotor. Compared the motor rated speed with critical speed,the difference is bigger,the motor won’t produce resonate because of the rated speed and critical speed,and the motor rotor structure design is reasonable,and provide reliable basis for the similar product rotor dynamics simulation analysis.
