降膜蒸发器液膜流动对传热性能的影响
Experimental Study on the Influence of the Liquid Film Flow on Heat Transfer Performance in Falling Film Evaporators
【摘要】 本实验系统是基于工业设备降膜蒸发器运行装置的一个多管束降膜实验模型。该实验系统的建立可分析计算不同液膜流动状态下换热管的流量与液膜雷诺数、液膜厚度、布液盘小孔流速、导流管窗口流速、布液盘计算液位高度、导流管计算液位高度之间的关系曲线等,通过实验得到的最佳参数可用来改善降膜蒸发器装置中的液膜分布和传热性能,以防止换热管结焦现象。因此该实验系统的设计,对深入研究降膜式蒸发器具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 This experimental system is an experimental model based on the industrialized operation unit. The relation curve between flow of the tube and some experiment indicators,such as the Reynolds of the falling film,the thickness of liquid film,the pore velocity of the liquid distribution device and the draft tube,the liquid level of the liquid distribution device and the draft tube,can be calculated by this newly-established system. The parameters obtained from the experiment can be used to improve the distribution of the liquid film and the heat transfer performance and to prevent the coking phenomenon in falling film evaporators. All the research is of great significance for further study in liquid film flow of falling film evaporators.
