【摘要】 针对目前加工滚珠丝杠螺母时,回珠器孔与螺旋槽的相对位置无法现场检测的问题,提出了将直接测量转变为间接测量地方法,设计了一种新型的滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道位置度测量方法,构建了一套滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道位置度测量系统。利用该方法对滚珠丝杠螺母内滚道进行了位置度测量,并与理论值进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有较高的测量精度及可靠性。研究结果可为回珠器与螺母内滚道的加工位置精度的测量奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that it can’t get measurement in the field for the relative position of the reverser hole and spiral groove,when the ball screw nut is machined. The method of changing the direct measurement to the indirect measurement is proposed,the new method of ball screw nut inner raceway location measurement is designed and the measurement system for ball screw nut inner raceway location measurement is constructed. The location measurement of ball screw nut inner raceway is measured and compared with the theoretical value. The results show that the measurement accuracy and reliability of the method is high. The results can provide the foundation for the relative position measurement of the reverser hole and spiral groove.更多还原
