斜轴式轴向柱塞泵干涉分析计算
Analysis and Calculation of Interference for Hydraulic Oblique Piston Pump
【摘要】 根据斜轴式柱塞泵的工作原理和结构特点,分析研究了这种泵存在的干涉问题,指出了孔壁干涉、端面干涉和杆面干涉三种干涉情况,提出了判别干涉的准则,并应用向量分析法推导出了避免这些干涉的条件。根据这些条件进行干涉分析计算简单易行。为保证斜轴式柱塞泵正常运转,必须避免这些干涉。这些条件的提出为斜轴式柱塞泵的设计制造提供理论依据,并具有重要的实际意义。
【Abstract】 According to the operation principle and structure of the hydraulic oblique piston pump, the interference of the pump was studied. Different types of the interference were found out. The conditions to prevent from the interference were given by vector analysis. Since no interference is allowed to happen to the pump,the conditions must be meet in the design and manufacture of the pump. The conditions make the analysis and calculation of the interferences simple greatly.
