基于张力测量的收卷机动态称重系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation on Dynamic Weighing System in Winding Equipment Based on Tension-measurement
【摘要】 为在满足企业收卷机动态称重精度情况下,找出适合其生产现状的最佳卷取方式,提出了一种基于张力信号空间分解的动态称重方案。同时结合理论力学和动力学等理论,对比分析了恒张力(恒线速度)、恒转速、锥张力三种控制条件下的信号特征及误差模型,并对最终所选定的恒转速收卷方案进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所测实时重量相对误差小于0.5%,收卷操作稳定、效率高,满足企业要求。
【Abstract】 In order to find out the most suitable dynamic rolling mode for the winding equipment with a proper precision,a dynamic weighing system is presented based on tension measurement. Furthermore,combining with theoretical mechanics and dynamics,weight signal feature and error model of three different control schemes-constant tension( constant linear velocity),constant rotating speed and taper tension are analyzed comparatively. Experiment results of constant rotating speed control scheme show that the system is stable and efficient; moreover,weighing error can be reduced within 0. 5%.
