响应面法优化化香树果序多糖提取工艺及抗氧化性能研究
Study on the optimum extracting method and antioxidant of polysaccharide from Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.
【摘要】 在单因素实验基础上,以化香树果序多糖提取率为评价指标,通过响应面分析方法确定化香树果序多糖最佳提取工艺条件。得到的化香树果序多糖最佳工艺条件为:提取温度85℃,提取时间2.8 h,液料比22(mL/g),提取次数为2次,在此优化条件下多糖的平均提取率为3.57%,得到的多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。
【Abstract】 To select the optimum extracting method of polysaccharide from Platycarya Strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc.To select the optimum extracting method by using response surface methodology.The optimum extract method of the polysaccharides was determined:the extracted temperature 85℃,the extracted time was 2.8 hours,the ratio of water to material 22(mL/g).The average extraction yield of polysaccharide was 3.57%under the optimum extracting method.This method was suitable for the extraction and determination of polysaccharide from P.Strobilacea.
