岩溶区高层住宅基础设计
Design of High-rise Residential Foundation in Karst
【摘要】 以碳酸盐岩为主的可溶性岩石地区,当存在岩溶发育的现象时,应考虑其对地基稳定的影响。工程设计时应从勘察、设计、施工多个方面采取针对性的措施,来确定地基的承载力和稳定性满足使用要求。文章以某岩溶地区的高层住宅小区的设计为例,结合高层住宅的工程特点,提出了"回避优先,打桩穿越,不单独处理"的基本原则。依据上述原则,对照各栋不同的勘探结果和各种不同高度和层数类型的高层住宅,采用不同的基础方案,合理经济地解决了岩溶地基的问题。其处理方法可供同类工程设计参考。
【Abstract】 In the area of soluble rock dominated by carbonate rocks, when there is a phenomenon of karst development, the influence of the soil on the stability of the foundation should be considered.Engineering design should be based on the investigation, design, construction and many aspects of the targeted measures to determine the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation to meet the requirements of the use.In this paper,taking the design of high-rise residential project in a karst area as an example, according to the basic principle of "avoiding priority, piling through, and not dealing with", comparing with the different exploration results and different height and number of high-rise residential buildings, the use of different type of foundations is given to reasonably and economically solve the problem of karst foundation. The method can be used for reference in similar engineering design.
