【摘要】 图书馆联盟成员间合理的信息资源分配及利益平衡是促进共建共享的关键。论文以福州地区大学城高校图书馆联盟的文献信息资源共享平台为实例,对资源共享实践过程中联盟成员各方的利益诉求展开研究,探讨了高校图书馆联盟各成员馆之间存在的利益问题,提出了通过制定合理的利益分配方案,以行政干预与激励措施相结合等方式构建科学的利益平衡机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reasonable information resource allocation and interest balance among library alliance members is the key to promote the co-construction and sharing. Taking document information resource sharing platform of university library alliance in Fuzhou as an example, this paper studies on the interest demands of all parties in the process of practice of resource sharing, discusses the problems of interests among all members in university library alliance, proposes a reasonable profit distribution scheme to build scientific interest balance mechanism by administrative intervention combined with incentive measures.更多还原
