【Abstract】 φ240 mm diameter AISI4145 H bars were quenched and tempered by use of box type furnace and roller hearth furnace respectively.Then mechanical properties and microstructure of the AISI4145 H steel treated in the two types furnace were analyzed.The results indicate that comprehensive mechanical properties of the AISI4145 H bars treated by roller hearth furnace are better and meet standard requirements,and the grain size reaches grade 8,both are better than these treated by box type furnace.更多还原
