自力型触指用高强高导铜合金带材的制备工艺

【摘要】 以自力型触指用高强高导Cu-Cr合金带材为研究对象,尝试开发一种满足高压开关自力型触指服役条件的Cu-Cr合金制备加工技术。结果表明,基于中小批量生产条件的自力型触指用Cu-Cr合金带材,获得最佳组织、性能的制备工艺为:铸坯热变形—固溶处理—二次热变形—冷变形—时效处理。以该工艺生产加工的Cu-Cr合金,硬度可达130.5 HBW,电导率可达90.5%IACS。

【Abstract】 Taking high strength and high conductivity Cu-Cr alloy strips used for self-contact fingers as research object,a preparation and processing technique for Cu-Cr alloy strips was developed in order to meet the conditions of the high voltage switch.The results show that under the medium and small batch production conditions,the optimum processes for Cu-Cr alloy strips to obtain the best microstructure and properties consist of cast billet heat deformation,solid solution,dual hot deformation,cold deformation and then aging treatment.The hardness and electrical conductivity of the Cu-Cr alloy prepared by this process can reach 130.5 HBW and 90.5%IACS,respectively.
