碳含量对0Cr25Ni35AlTi合金组织、力学性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能的影响
Effect of carbon content on microstructure,mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of 0Cr25Ni35AlTi alloy
【摘要】 研究了不同碳含量对0Cr25Ni35Al Ti合金显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响,用电化学再活化法测定0Cr25Ni35Al Ti合金的晶间腐蚀敏感性。结果表明,在合金不完全固溶状态下,随着碳含量增加,0Cr25Ni35Al Ti合金的晶间析出物增加;主要析出物是M23C6富铬碳化物;M23C6析出物的质量分数从0.186%增加到0.499%;室温抗拉强度从686.5 MPa增加到714 MPa。随着碳含量的增加,0Cr25Ni35Al Ti合金的平均晶粒尺寸减小,M23C6析出量增加,合金的力学性能提高,但合金的耐晶间腐蚀性能下降,当合金中C含量控制在0.025%以下,具有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能,且其强度仍能保持在300 MPa以上,满足合金的应用性能指标。
【Abstract】 Effect of carbon content on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 0Cr25Ni35 Al Ti alloy steel was investigated. Susceptibility to intergranular corrosion of 0Cr25Ni35 AlTi alloy was investigated by means of electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation. The results show that with the increase of carbon content,the amount of precipitate at grain boundary of alloy increases gradually. The content of Cr-rich M23C6 as the dominant precipitates increases from 0. 186% to 0. 499%; the tensile strength increases form686. 5 MPa to 714 MPa at room temperature. With increase of carbon content,the average grain size decreases,the amount of M23C6 precipitation increases,mechanical properties are improved,and however,intergranular corrosion resistance deteriorates obviously. It can be concluded that carbon content of the alloy should be controlled at about 0. 025%,making it has a good resistance to intergranular corrosion and still strength higher than 300 MPa so that meet the mechanical properties requirement.
