热处理工艺对NM500耐磨钢组织和性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment on mechanical properties of NM500 steel
【摘要】 试验室对Nb-Mo、V不同成分体系的NM500超高强度耐磨钢板轧后进行在线淬火,经过不同温度再加热淬火,观察和分析钢板的显微组织,分析不同微合金元素的成分体系对NM500钢组织性能的影响,得到的NM500试验钢板综合性能理想。
【Abstract】 Microstructure of double quenched Nb-Mo microalloyed and V microalloyed high strength wear resistant steel plates which were first quenched online was observed and analyzed,and influence of microalloy elements on the mechanical properties was studied. It is found that both of the double quenched steel plates have excellent comprehensive properties.
