时效温度对785MPa级高强度含铜钢组织与性能的影响
Effects of aging temperature on microstructure and properties of 785 MPa high strength copper-contained steel
【摘要】 运用光学(OM)、扫描(SEM)和透射(TEM)电镜等方法,研究了不同时效温度下高强度含Cu钢的力学性能,并对微观组织结构进行了系统分析。结果表明,时效温度为640℃时,钢的强度超过785 MPa,该钢可以获得良好的低温韧性和塑性匹配。分析得出ε-Cu的析出强化、板条结构的回火马氏体组织及"有效晶粒尺寸"的细化,是试验钢获得优良综合性能的主要原因。
【Abstract】 Mechanical properties of high strength copper-contained steel were investigated under different aging temperatures, and microstructure was observed by microscope( OM),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and transmission electron microscope( TEM). The results show that when the aging temperature is 640 ℃,the strength of steel is more than 785 MPa and the good combination of lowtemperature toughness and ductility are obtained. The precipitation strengthening of ε-Cu,tempered martensite lath structure and refinement of " effective grain size" play the main roles on excellent comprehensive performance of the steel.
