【Abstract】 The rapid quenching process of 23 Mn Cr Ni Mo54 steel mining round link chains was investigated and the microstructure and hardness were analysed. The results show that the fine lath martensite can be obtained by rapid quenching which has higher hardness than that of by traditional quenching and the resistance to tempering stability of the martensite is improved. After tempering the steel has higher strength and excellent toughness.更多还原
