退火温度对440 MPa级高强度IF钢组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 通过对传统IF钢成分的优化设计,研制了440 MPa级高C-高Nb型高强度IF钢。采用析出强化、细晶强化与固溶强化相结合的方法,研究了高强度IF钢退火过程中的再结晶行为,同时研究了退火温度对该钢力学性能、显微组织以及对织构发展的影响。结果表明,采用高C-高Nb成分设计的高强度IF钢在热模拟退火条件下,再结晶完成温度比传统高强IF钢高约20℃;由于沉淀强化和细晶强化,高C-高Nb的IF钢抗拉强度比同条件下传统IF钢高约40 MPa。

【Abstract】 440 MPa grade high strength IF steel with high content of carbon and niobium was developed by optimal design of chemical composition based on traditional IF steel. The recrystallization behavior during annealing process was studied and the mechanical properties,microstructure and texture development of high strength IF steel were investigated by means of precipitation,grain refinement and solution strengthening. The results show that the recrystallization finishing temperature of high strength IF steel with high content of carbon and niobium is 20 ℃ higher than that of traditional high strength IF steel under the conditions of thermal simulation. The tensile strength of high strength IF steel with high content of carbon and niobium is approximately 40 MPa higher than traditional IF steel under the same conditions because of the precipitation and the grain refining strenghening.
