太湖地区水稻地方品种品质性状与SSR标记的关联分析

【摘要】 选用90个均匀分布在水稻全基因组的SSR标记对334个太湖地区水稻地方品种进行检测,研究品质性状与SSR标记的关联。结果表明:1共检测到465个等位变异,平均每个位点检测到5.166 7个等位变异,平均PIC值为0.356 6。2基于D’统计概率(P<0.001)支持的不平衡成对位点占总位点组合数的41.32%,不平衡程度D’>0.5的成对位点组合数占总位点组合数的41.82%。3通过关联分析,共发现46个位点与直链淀粉含量、胶稠度或RVA(7个特征值)显著关联,关联标记对这些性状或指标的累积贡献率分别达48.08%、61.49%和109.73%~175.43%。

【Abstract】 We aimed to determine the population structure of rice landraces in the Taihu lake region and to analyze the relationship between quality characteristics and SSR markers by studying the population structure and genetic relationships.A total of 90 SSR markers that were evenly distributed across the rice genome were used to test 334 rice landraces from the Taihu lake region.Overall,465 allelic variations were detected with an average of 5.1667 allelic variations per locus.The average PIC value was 0.3566.The number of unbalanced supported by D’-based statistical probability testing(P <0.001)was 41.32% of the total paired loci,and the number of paired loci with an imbalance of D’> 0.5was41.82% of the total.Using association analysis,46 loci were found to significantly correlate with amylose content,gel consistency and RVA(7eigenvalues),and the cumulative contribution of correlative markers to these characteristics and indexes were 48.08%,61.49% and 0.69%-48.9%,respectively for each parameter.Taken together,these results provide a theoretical basis for the further genetic improvement of rice quality and molecular breeding programs in Taihu lake region.
