玉米自交系苗期耐盐性筛选
Screening for salt-tolerance of maize inbred lines in seedling stage
【摘要】 通过形态学和表型相关性状测定的方法,研究15个玉米自交系苗期的耐盐性。结果表明:15个自交系的耐盐性可分为高耐、耐盐和敏感3种类型,其中QA502、LX49-2、齐319、丹599具有高耐盐性,而黄c-1、5311、K22、昌7-2、郑58、义14、柏材料对盐胁迫极为敏感。进一步结合形态学鉴定,分析高耐自交系QA502和盐敏感自交系柏材料的发芽势、相对萌发率、抗盐指数及苗期的存活率。对这2个自交系萌发期和苗期的耐盐性评价,为耐盐基因定位和机制的相关研究提供可靠的材料和鉴定依据。
【Abstract】 The salt tolerance of 15 maize inbred lines was studied by determining their morphology and phenotype.15 maize inbred lines were divided into three categories:highly salt-tolerant,salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive.QA502,Dan599,LX49-2and Qi 319 were highly salt tolerant,while Huang c-1,5311,K22,Chang 7-2,Zheng 58,Yi 14 and Bo were salt sensitive.This study analyzed the salt tolerance of QA502 and Bo by the germination energy,relative germination rate,salt injury index during germination stage and the survival rate of the seedlings under salt,combining with morphology identification.The study evaluated the salt of QA502 and Bo tolerance during germination and seedling stages,which provided basis for investigating the mechanism of salt tolerance and gene mapping in the future.
