【摘要】 采用PCR-SSCP方法检测芦花鸡H系CRBP4基因exon2和exon3单核苷酸突变位点,并分析多态位点不同基因型与产蛋性状和蛋品质的关联。结果表明:在CRBP4基因exon2和exon3位点分别检测到一处突变,该突变均产生CC、TT和CT型3种基因型,各等位基因频率均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。关联分析结果表明:exon2的C826T多态位点与开产蛋重显著相关,CC基因型个体蛋重最大;exon3的C1336T位点为新发现的突变,且CC基因型与开产日龄和蛋壳强度显著相关。基因型效应分析表明:2个位点均表现为正的加性效应和显性效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 PCR-SSCP method was used to identify the polymorphism sites of CRBP4 gene exon2and exon3 in Luhua chicken H line,and correlation analysis of polymorphic loci on egg production traits and egg quality was also performed.C826 Tand C1336T mutations were detected in the CRBP4 genes exon2and exon3 respectively,each of the mutation with three genotypes(CC/TT/CT).The allele frequencies were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Correlation analysis showed that C826 Tloci in exon2 had significant effect on the weigh of first egg(P<0.05),and the individuals with CCgenotypes had the highest egg weight.C1336 Tloci in exon3 was a new mutation,correlation analysis showed that CCgenotypes had significant effect on age at the first egg and eggshell strength(P<0.05).The genotype effects of the two loci were positively additive and dominant.更多还原
