金焰彩栾色素组成与叶片呈色的关系

【摘要】 为了揭示黄山栾树金焰彩栾品种叶片呈色的生理机制,对叶片中色素进行了研究,结果表明:叶片中色素组成与叶色的表达显著相关。类胡萝卜素含量较高导致金焰彩栾春季叶片呈现黄绿色;色素含量变化幅度差异可能是引起金焰彩栾秋叶呈现金黄色的主要原因,金焰彩栾叶绿素含量显著降低,使得类胡萝卜素和花色素苷的相对含量提高。

【Abstract】 Contents of chlorophyll a,b,carotenoid and anthocyanin were measured in leaves of Koelreuteria bipinnata in different seasons. The relationship between pigment contents and leaf color was discussed. The results showed that the pigment composition was significantly associated with leaf color. The leaf of Jinyancailuan in spring was yellow-green because the carotenoid content was relatively high. The difference in pigments change was possibly the key factor for the golden leaf for Jinyancailuan in autumn,with the content of chlorophyll significantly descending,leading to the relative contents of carotenoid and anthocyanin increasing.
