独头巷道爆破粉尘运动规律的仿真分析
Numerical Simulation of Blasting Dust Movement Rule in Blind Tunnel
【摘要】 为掌握独头巷道爆破粉尘运动规律,解决云南斗南锰矿独头巷道爆破后产尘量高,粉尘浓度大,排尘效率低的问题,针对爆破作业后现场环境复杂,实验操作困难,提出了数值仿真的方法并对现有的除尘系统进行了改进。基于气固两相流理论,运用Fluent软件,对3种不同截面积巷道在压入式通风和长压短抽通风条件下粉尘质量浓度变化规律进行了研究。研究表明长压短抽通风条件下,巷道内粉尘质量浓度更低,除尘效果更好,缩短了采矿周期,进而提高了采矿效率。仿真结果对于独头巷道除尘系统的改进和除尘效率的提高具有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 In order to gain the movement of blasting dust in blind tunnel and solve the problem of high dust production,large concentration and low emission efficiency after blasting in Yunnan Dounan manganese tunnel,a numerical simulation method is proposed to improve the existing Ventilation system due to the complexity of field environment and large difficulty in experiment conduction after blasting. Based on gas- solid two- phase flow theory,the regularities of dusting mass concentration changing in 3 kinds of cross- sectional area of roadway under the forced ventilation and far- pressing- near- absorption ventilation conditions are studied by using FLUENT software. The studies have shown that,the smaller the mass concentration,the better the dust discharge efficiency in the tunnel under far- pressing- near- absorption ventilation condition,the mining cycle is shortened and mining efficiency is improved. The simulation result has certain reference value to the improvement of ventilation system and dedusting efficiency in blind tunnel.
