【Abstract】 " The personnel development program for national special needs" is the pilot work about training graduate students of master’s degree in the field of chemical engineering which has been implemented for four years. During the four years,we have actively pushed the reform of professional degreed graduate education,developed the graduate students’ ability of doing practice and innovation,implemented the " four in one" cooperative cultivation model,constructed the high level of on- and- off- campus training bases and established personalized training mode so that the graduate students’ ability of practical innovation has increasingly improved.更多还原
