橙色粘球菌微生态制剂的制备和应用

【摘要】 将橙色粘球菌JCH-04的发酵液通过微孔滤膜浓缩制成微生态制剂,通过抑菌试验,结果表明该品对水中常见的6种病原微生物具有较强的抑制作用。通过对草鱼灌服该制剂测试其安全性,结果表明橙色粘球菌JCH-04菌株对草鱼安全无毒,且产生的多种消化酶:淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶,均具有较高的活性,说明该菌株可以作为在水产品养殖中具有安全性和潜在应用价值的外源益生菌使用。

【Abstract】 The zymotic fluid of Myxococcus fulvus was concentrated by passing through a micropore filter membrane to make microecologics. The results of experiments showed that the microecologics had strong inhibition to the growth of six common pathogenic microbes. Through feeding grass carp with the microecologics,It was found that the Myxococcus fulvus JCH-04 was safe to grass carp. It can also produce many digestive enzymes with high activity,such as amylase,protease and lipase. It indicated that the Myxococcus fulvus could be used as safe exogenous probiotics and have potential application value in aquatic products breeding.
