水头可调薄壁堰式渠道流量智能测控系统优化试验研究

【摘要】 采用巴赞堰流公式计算流量的水头可调薄壁堰式渠道流量智能测控系统通过渠道流量量测与控制试验,验证了其精准的测流功能和智能控制技术的可行性。为进一步提高该测控系统运行的效率和稳定性,减少运行能耗,对矩形薄壁堰堰流公式进行水力试验研究,通过分析堰上水头和流量关系,拟合出矩形薄壁堰流量计算公式。通过向该拟合公式引入修正系数λ=0.848,将测控系统测得的堰上水头数据值代入该拟合公式求得的流量值与电磁流量计测得流量值的差值的平均值为-0.004L/s,标准差为0.119,线性相关系数R2=0.989 1。该拟合公式相对于巴赞堰流公式形式简单、参数较少、运算简便,同时也满足节水灌溉对精准测流的要求,更适用于水头可调薄壁堰式渠道流量智能测控系统,对于在灌区推广和使用该测控系统具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Through channel flow measurement and control test,the accurate flow measurement function of the thin wall weir channel flow intelligent measurement and control system with adjustable water-head,which using Bazin formula to calculate flow,and the feasibility of the intelligent control technology are verified.In order to further improve the operational efficiency and stability of this system and reduce power consumption,The hydraulic test on flow formula of rectangular thin wall weir is conducted.Through the analysis of relationship between water-head over weir and channel flow,flow calculation formula of rectangular thin wall weir is fitted.The correction factor,λ=0.848,is introduced to the fitting formula.The mean value of the difference between the flow value gained by substituting the water-head value over weir measured by measurement and control system into the formula and that gained by electromagnetic flow meter is-0.004L/s,the standard deviation is 0.119 and the linear correlation coefficient,R2 is 0.9891.This fitting formula has the advantages of simple form,less parameters and concise calculation compared with Bazin formula,and can meet the demand of accurate flow measurement for water-saving irrigation.It is more suitable for intelligent measure and control system in the form of thin wall weir with adjustable water-head for channel flow and has important significance for promotion and employment of this control and measure system in irrigation area.
