【Abstract】 With respect to the problems of the interfacial wetting or reaction between SiC particles and the aluminum alloy matrix,several common methods of SiCp surface modification and their application in the metal matrix composites are reviewed.The latest development and applications of SiC aluminum matrix composites used as structural materials,friction and wear materials as well as functional materials are introduced.The future of SiCp modification and application as well as the developing trend of metal matrix composites are summarized in the end.更多还原
