GCr15轴承钢消除大块状碳化物的热处理工艺

【摘要】 运用X射线测定了GCr15轴承钢连铸坯芯部宏观偏析区域和微观偏析区域C、Cr元素的浓度。基于C和Cr元素成分分布,用Thermo-Calc软件计算了GCr15轴承钢不同部位的熔点,从而确定了轴承钢连铸坯均匀化加热的最高温度限制。研究了不同温度下消除连铸坯芯部大块状碳化物所需要的时间。通过理论与实验相结合的方法,提出了一系列消除轴承钢连铸坯芯部大块状碳化物的热处理制度。

【Abstract】 Macro segregation and micro segregation of C and Cr in GCr15 bearing steel continuous casts were decided by X-ray measurements. As to get the temperature limit of homogenizing heat treatment,melting points in different region of continuous casts were calculated with Thermo-Calc system. The time needed to dissolve the large carbides at different temperatures was investigated. Some heat treatment processes for eliminating large carbides are recommended.
