石墨粒径对反应等离子喷涂TiCN涂层性能的影响
Effect of graphite particle size on properties of TiCN coating prepared by reactive plasma spraying
【摘要】 以不同粒径的石墨粉为碳源,采用等离子喷涂的方法制备TiCN涂层。对涂层中的物相、显微硬度、组织形貌进行分析与比较。结果表明,随着石墨粉粒径的减小,涂层中的主相由TiC0.2N0.8变为TiC0.7N0.3,并且石墨粉粒径减小到5μm时涂层中氧化物的含量少,涂层致密,硬度高。
【Abstract】 Ti CN coatings were prepared by reactive plasma spraying with the different particle size of graphite. The phase,microhardness and structure of the coatings were compared and analyzed. The results show that the coating’s phase changes from TiC0. 2N0. 8 to TiC0. 7N0. 3 with the particle size of graphite decreases,and the coating has lower contents of oxides,compact texture and higher microhardness when the particle size of graphite is 5 μm.
