低温活性屏等离子氮碳共渗对3Cr13不锈钢组织和耐蚀性的影响
Effect of low temperature active screen plasma nitrocarburizing on microstructure and corrosion resistance of 3Cr13 stainless steel
【摘要】 利用XRD、OM和SEM等试验方法,研究了氮碳共渗温度对3Cr13不锈钢渗层的组织结构及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当氮碳共渗温度为450℃时,渗层主要由α’N相、少量ε相和γ’相组成;处理温度高于480℃时,渗层中开始有Cr N相析出。氮碳共渗处理样品表面的显微硬度较未处理样品明显升高,且随处理温度升高,显微硬度逐渐增大;试样表面耐腐蚀性在处理温度为450℃时显著提高,随处理温度升高耐腐蚀性降低。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and corrosion property of 3Cr13 stainless steel after active screen plasma nitrocarburizing at different temperatures were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD),optical microscope( OM),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),microhardness and polarization curve measurements. The results show that microstructure of the nitrocarburizing layer is composed of α’Nphase,γ’ phase and ε phase for the sample under 450 ℃ low temperature plasma nitrocarburizing. Cr N phase begins to precipitate when the treatment temperature reaches 480 ℃. Comparing with the untreated one,the surface microhardness of the nitrocarburized samples is distinctly improved,and it increases with the treatment temperature rising. The corrosion resistance of the sample surface nitrocarburizing at 450 ℃is best in the present work,and the corrosion resistance deteriorates as the treatment temperature increases.
