石墨和炭黑制备的TiCN涂层及其磨损性能

【摘要】 采用等离子喷涂的方法,利用石墨和炭黑两种碳源成功制备出纳米晶Ti CN涂层。对两种喂料进行差热分析,对涂层的相组成、组织结构、晶粒度及磨损性能进行了分析。结果表明,采用炭黑和石墨分别可以制备出主相为Ti C0.2N0.8和Ti C0.7N0.3的致密涂层,主相的平均晶粒度为71.68 nm(Ti C0.2N0.8)、59.44 nm(Ti C0.7N0.3);两种涂层都具有较高的硬度和优异的耐磨性,并且随涂层中C含量的增加而提高,Ti C0.7N0.3的耐磨性能相对更好。

【Abstract】 Ti CN coating was prepared by reactive plasma spraying with graphite and carbon black as carbon sources. The feeds were studied by the TG-DSC,the constituent phase,microstructure,grain size and wear-resistance of the coatings were analyzed. The results show that Ti C0. 2N0. 8,Ti C0. 7N0. 3phases prepared by carbon black and graphite are dense and the grain size of the coatings are 71. 68 nm( Ti C0. 2N0. 8),59. 44 nm( Ti C0. 7N0. 3),respectively. The coatings have higher hardness and wear-resistance,with increasing carbon content,hardness and wear-resistance increase. The wear resistance of the Ti C0. 7N0. 3coating is better than the Ti C0. 2N0. 8coating.
