高强2A97铝锂合金板材的微观织构

【摘要】 利用拉伸试验机和EBSD技术分析研究了2A97铝锂合金力学性能的各向异性与不同热处理状态的微观织构变化。结果表明,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率随取样方向呈现一定的各向异性。合金微观织构的变化引起了其各向异性。在TDND截面上,时效0 h和16 h的立方织构{001}<100>含量比时效0.5 h多,降低合金的各向异性。随着时效时间的增加,合金各个截面上的再结晶织构含量都有所增加。时效16 h时,试样再结晶织构与变形织构的百分含量相差最小,且在各个截面上分布比较均匀,其强度各向异性指标最小,改善了各向异性。

【Abstract】 Anisotropy of mechanical property of 2A97 Al-Li alloy plates was investigated by tensile test. The micro-textures of the differentaged plates were characterized with electron back scattering diffraction( EBSD). The anisotropy of ultimate strength,yield strength and elongation is attributed to the micro-texture components of 2A97 Al-Li alloy. EBSD results show that there are more cube texture { 001} <100 > in TD-ND section of the samples aged for 16 h and 0 h,and the anisotropy is weakened. The percentage content of the recrystallization textures on each section is increased as the aging time increases. The difference of percentage content between the recrystallization texture and deformation texture on each section is lowest when aging for 16 h. Meanwhile,the distribution of the microtextures is uniform. Therefore,anisotropy index of strength is minimum and the anisotropy is improved.
