电动汽车用锂离子电池制备及其一致性演变分析

【摘要】 介绍了电动汽车用锂离子电池材料的发展及制备,并结合产业化实践经验,综述了在电动汽车用锂离子电池一致性方面国内外研究现状;梳理出在该领域研发存在的不足和盲区,给出了后期应该加强研究和工程化改进的几个方向:在电池设计阶段,借助电池电化学模型确定各工序参数对一致性的影响程度,再确定其控制阈值;在电池制造阶段,提高生产过程中自动化水平和各工序之间的"节拍"衔接;在电池分选阶段,优化电池的筛选、分组工艺,考虑动态应用对一致性的影响;在电池组装阶段,考虑电池的摆放方式和摆放位置对一致性的影响;在电池使用阶段,通过电池系统的热、电管理措施,有效、及时地遏制使用过程中,特别是由于电池系统内温度分布造成的初始不一致性的恶化。

【Abstract】 A review on the materials and production of lithium-ion battery were introduced,and combine with industrial experience,this review provides an overview on the state of the art of this issue by concluding the achievements and summarizing the shortcomings of the literature,and then pointing out the further study directions as follows: during battery design phase,effects of parameters on cell uniformity should be evaluated using an electrochemical model,and then their threshold should be carefully controlled; during the mass production phase,the automation level of and the connection fluency between manufacturing steps should be promoted; during the sorting phase,the grouping methods should be optimized by addressing the effect of dynamic conditions on uniformities; during the packing phase,the effect of layout of the modules on the uniformity should be considered; during the usage phase,thermal-and electro-means should be taken by the battery management system to depress the deterioration of the uniformities.
