【摘要】 目的研究卵巢动脉供血对子宫动脉栓塞术止血效果的影响。方法回顾性分析41例因产科出血行子宫动脉栓塞术患者,根据术中卵巢动脉有无参与子宫血供分为A、B两组,对比两组止血效果及术后并发症差异,并进行统计学分析。结果 A组7例,B组34例,两组止血成功率分别为85.71%(6/7)和88.24%(30/34),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.034,P=0.853)。术后除B组中1例患者发生严重感染外,两组均无其他严重并发症发生。结论卵巢动脉供血对子宫动脉栓塞术止血效果无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ovarian artery blood-supply on the hemostatic efficacy of uterine artery embolization.Methods A retrospective analysis of 41 cases of obstetric hemorrhage underwent uterine artery embolization was performed.According to the uterine blood supply,all patients were divided into A group(with ovarian artery supply)and B group(without ovarian artery supply).The difference between the two groups of the hemostatic effect and complications after operation were analyzed statistically.Results There were 7cases in A group and 34 cases in B group,the success rate of hemostatic effect in both groups were 85.71%(6/7)and 88.24%(30/34)(2χ=0.034,P=0.853).There were no severe complications in both groups except one serious infection occured in group B.Conclusion The ovarian artery blood supply has no significant influence on hemostatic effect of uterine arterial embolization.更多还原
