【摘要】 信托制度在实现财产保护的目标过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,已经成为高端财富管理领域不可或缺的工具之一。随着国内家族资产传承和保值增值需求的日益明显,家族信托越来越多地受到人们的重视。按照信托的目的不同,国外一般将家族信托产品分为财产传承类、财富积累类和财产保护类三类信托产品。针对其中在我国刚刚起步的财产保护类家族信托的业务模式进行探讨,并对其产品设计的要点进行了阐述,以期为相关的研究以及各信托公司的相关产品设计提供相应的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trust system plays a very important role in the process of putting into the property protection’s goal, which has become the necessary tool in the high-end wealth management area. As family assets have become increasing apparently, more and more attention has been paid to family trust. According to the different purposes, the family trust products could be divided into three class, which are property inheritance, wealth accumulation and property protection. Aiming at the property protection class which is in the startup stage in China, this paper discusses its business model and the key points of product design, so as to provide the corresponding train of thought for related research as well as the trust companies.更多还原
