【摘要】 我院在3年内为实现临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训结合,在临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中进行了培养模式的改革和实践性探索。实践证明,"四证书"培养模式较好地解决了临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中临床能力训练时间不足的问题,实现了专业学位研究生培养过程中"早临床、多临床、反复临床、以临床实践训练为中心"的培养目标,是对临床医学硕士专业学位研究生培养模式成功的探索和尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the reform and practice of the cultivation mode of the 3 years of Jining Medical University,and the reform and practical exploration of the cultivation mode of graduate students in clinical medicine.The paper summarizes the experience and thinking and suggestions on the existing problems.It has been proved that the"Four certificate"cultivation mode is a good solution to the problems of clinical ability training time.Keeping thinking is a kind of successful exploration and attempt to the postgraduate cultivation mode of clinical medicine.更多还原
