双层水冷壁辐射废热锅炉受热面粒子磨损状况的数值预测

【摘要】 针对煤气化多联产中试系统中双层水冷壁辐射废热锅炉,通过模拟不同运行工况下废燃锅炉内合成煤气与灰渣颗粒的多相流动与传热,得到炉内灰渣颗粒的运行轨迹及其与壁面碰撞情况,进而采用Tabakoff的管壁磨损实验关系式计算了水冷壁壁面磨损量。结果表明:壁面磨损主要来自粒径小于50μm的灰渣颗粒,且随运行压力增加,磨损减小;主要磨损区域为内水冷壁合成煤气入口扩散区、外水冷壁上部废热锅炉出口区域,针对该类区域进行防磨处理可大大提高辐射废热锅炉运行的安全性。

【Abstract】 This study focused on the slag particle abrasion of the double layer water-wall radinat syngas cooler in the pilot test coal polygeneration system. By simulating the flow and heat transfer process of the syngas and slag particle with different operating conditions in the cooler,the particle trajectories and the situation of the particle-wall collision is obtained,and then the experimental relation formula developed by Tabakoff is employed to calculate the abrasion of the wall-water. The numerical results show that:the abrasion of the water-wall is mainly caused by the particles whose diameter is less than 50μm; With the operating pressure increasing,the degree of the abrasion of the water-wall decreases. The numerical simulations also present that the typical impact wear zones locate on the syngas diffuse region of the inner water-wall,which is in the vicinity of the inlet of cooler,the outlet region of the outer water-wall,respectively. The necessary wearing treatment is used to typical impact wear zones,it can improve the operation safety of the radiant syngas cooler.
