【摘要】 目的:探讨集束化干预措施在综合ICU中降低VAP感染的效果。方法:进行集束化干预培训,加强一般预防护理措施,学习落实呼吸管路相关管理措施,做好ICU消毒管理措施。结果:实施集束化干预措施后,VAP感染发生率由23.42%降低到11.88%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化干预措施可以降低VAP感染率,建议推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of cluster of intervention measures to reduce the VAP infection. Method Cluster intervention training methods,to strengthen the general preventive nursing measures,to study the implementation of breathing circuit and relevant management measures,do a good job in the management measures of ICU disinfection. Results VAP infection rate reduced from 23. 42% to 11. 88%. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Cluster of interventions can reduce the infection rate of VAP,it recommends promoting the use.更多还原
