【摘要】 目的:研究比较大剂量沐舒坦联合鼻塞持续起到正压通气(NCPAP)与固尔苏联合NCPAP治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床效果。方法:选取收治的新生儿肺透明膜患儿60例,分为对照组与研究组,研究组采用固尔苏联合NCPAP进行治疗,对照组采用大剂量沐舒坦静脉滴注联合NCPAP进行治疗,两组患者给予相同的基础综合治疗,治疗后总结分析两组的临床疗效。结果:在进行治疗后,两组患儿各项指标均有显著改善,与治疗前相比,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),在治疗6 h、12 h时固尔苏组各项指标优于沐舒坦组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在治疗24 h时两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本组研究显示,两种方式治疗新生儿肺透明膜病临床效果均较优异,固尔苏组患儿各项指标改善更快,但是固尔苏治疗费用昂贵,可根据患儿的情况选择合理经济的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinic effect of magnanimous mucosolvan combined with NCPAP and curosurf combined with NCPAP on hyaline membrane disease of newborn. Method 60 patients with hyaline membrane disease of newborn were selected,they were divided into control group and study group. Control group received curosurf combined with NCPAP,study group received magnanimous mucosolvan combined with NCPAP. Both two group received general treatment,to analyze the clinic effect after treatment. Results Each marker of all children after treatment was significantly different with those of children before treatment( P < 0. 05). Each marker of curosurf group at 6 h and 12 h was better than those of mucosolvan group( P < 0. 05),but those of two groups at 24 h was not different( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The clinic effects of both two groups are encouraged,the marker of curosurf group is better,but curosurf cost more. The treatment method should be selected by condition of chilidren and economics.更多还原
