【摘要】 目的:探讨归因训练对腹膜透析患者透析(PD)治疗依从性的干预效果。方法:将89例PD患者随机分为训练组48例和对照组41例。训练组在常规护理、PD等药物治疗的同时给予归因训练护理措施干预,对照组只给予常规护理、PD等药物治疗,分别于干预6个月后应用情感量表对两组患者的心理素质进行测评,并采用Morisky-Green测评表(MG)及透析依从性量表评价两组患者的服药及透析治疗依从性。结果:治疗6个月后,训练组患者心理素质各项评分明显优于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练组PD、药物治疗依从性佳的百分率为95.83%、85.42%,而对照组PD、药物治疗依从性佳的百分率分别为75.61%、63.41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:归因训练可明显提高PD患者的心理素质和PD治疗依从性,提高自我护理能力,从而有效地减少并发症,达到提高患者生活质量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the intervention effect of attribution training on the compliance of patients who received peritoneal dialysis treatment. Method 89 patients,containing 48 and 41 patients were randomly divided into two groups: training group and control group. Both training and control group were administrated with routine nursing care,peritoneal dialysis and medical treatment. Meanwhile,the patients in training group,but not control group,received attribution training. A psychological qualities assessment was performed in all patients after 6 months therapy. The dialysis compliance and Morisky-Green measurement were used to evaluate the patients’ compliance. Results After 6 months treatment,the psychological quality assessment score of the patients in training group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The compliance percentage in the peritoneal dialysis or medical treatment in training group were 95. 83 % or 85. 42% respectively,while it was 75. 61% or 63. 41% only in control group. And the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The patients’ psychological qualities,compliance in peritoneal dialysis and the self-care ability might be evidently improved through attribution training. So,attribution training could effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and markedly elevate the life quality of patients with peritoneal dialysis.更多还原
