数字胃肠机动态食管造影对指导中晚期食管癌支架植入的价值研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨数字胃肠机动态食管造影对指导中晚期食管癌支架植入的临床应用价值。方法:筛选中晚期食管癌患者50例,作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将所有患者分为试验组与对照组,每组患者25例,试验组应用数字胃肠机进行动态食管造影指导手术食管支架植入,对照组采用传统食管造影指导支架植入。比较两组患者手术中支架一次性植入成功率及术后并发症发生情况。结果:试验组患者手术中食管支架一次性植入成功率明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组发生术后出血2例,吞咽困难0例,食管穿孔0例,与对照组比较存在显著优势,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用数字胃肠机动态食管造影指导中晚期食管癌支架植入手术可明显提高支架植入成功率,降低患者医源性损伤,缩短手术用时减少辐射剂量,同时对降低并发症发生率具有显著效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of dynamic digital gastrointestinal machine esophagoraphy to guide advanced esophageal stent implantation. Method 50 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected as research subjects. All the patients were divided into experimental and control groups by way of a random number table method,25 patients in each groups,the experimental group was applied dynamic application of digital gastrointestinal machine to guide esophagoraphy esophageal stent implantation surgery,the control group was applied traditional esophageal stent angiographic guidance. Two groups were compared in disposable surgical stent implantation success rate and incidence of postoperative complications. Results The disposable esophageal stent implantation success rate of surgical patients in the experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); Two cases of postoperative bleeding in the experimental group occurred,0 case of dysphagia,esophageal perforation 0 case,and there was a significant advantage compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of digital gastrointestinal machine dynamic contrast to guide for advanced esophageal cancer esophageal stent stent implantation surgery can significantly improve the success rate and reduce iatrogenic injury patients,shorten to reduce the radiation dose during surgery,while reducing the incidence of complications with significant effect.
