【摘要】 介绍了采用生物膜法与双膜法联合工艺对PVC离心母液进行深度处理的工艺流程,和在新疆中泰化学股份有限公司进行的中试试验。试验结果表明:基于生物膜反应器的HBF工艺和双膜法的组合工艺处理效果良好,稳定可行,离心母液水中COD去除率在98.5%以上,氨氮质量浓度小于1 mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process flow for the deep treatment of PVC centrifugal mother liquid by the combination of biofilm method and double film method was introduced.A pilot test was carried out in Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co.,Ltd.The test results show ed that the combination process of biofilm reactor based HBF process and double film process was effective and stable,with the removal rate of COD more than 98.5%,and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen less than 1 mg / L.更多还原
