主横梁建模方式对平面钢闸门工作性态的影响
Impact of Modeling Method of Main Beams of Steel Flat Gate on Its Work Behavior
【摘要】 探讨了使用ANSYS对平面钢闸门进行工作性态分析时,闸门面板与主横梁上翼缘连接采用不同的建模方式对闸门各主要构件应力和变形以及闸门振动特性的影响,论述两种有限元模型的原理以及结果产生差异的原因。通过工程实例对两种模型的应力和变形结果进行对比分析,提出在闸门结构分析中选择合适的主横梁建模方式以满足精度要求。
【Abstract】 Main beams are the structures of gate. Its reasonable finite element model has an important meaning to structure analysis of gate. This paper discusses the impact of the modeling method of plat and top flange of main beams on stress,deformation and vibration characteristic of gate when we use the ANSYS software to analyze the behavior of gate. It discusses the theory of two modeling methods and the cause of the difference. The stress and deformation of the two models are compared and analyzed by the engineering example. This paper presents the suitable modeling method of the main beams to satisfy the requirement of accuracy,and provides a reference for the structure analysis of gate.
