【摘要】 青年干部是高校管理队伍中的生力军,他们的精神面貌与工作状态直接关系到高校的教育教学工作。由于社会心态、管理制度、个体自身等方面因素的影响,目前高校青年干部的职业发展上存在一定瓶颈,导致一部分人缺乏积极的职业发展情感体验、职业人格特征与品质,以致出现职业倦怠等消极现象。因此,有必要引入积极心理学的理念与方法,通过创设积极的职业发展情感体验氛围,塑造积极的职业人格特征与品格,营建积极的职业发展环境等路径助力青年干部职业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Young cadre is the main force of the management team in colleges and universities,their mental outlook and working condition are directly related to the education and teaching.Influenced by social environment,managing system,and personal reasons,young cadres meet obstacles in their development in profession,which have made some of them lack positively emotional experience as well as professional character in their profession,and gradually become sluggish.Therefore it’s necessary to introduce the idea and method of positive psychology to help young cadres to develop by creating positive emotional atmosphere,building positive character and constructing positive developing environment in their profession.更多还原
