【Abstract】 The paper discussed setting up a college micro-lecture system design mode which conforms to environmental changes based on MOOC.The mode is oriented by the demands of learners,semistructural and dynamic.The writer also made a detailed study on the design flow and the quantificational evaluation system.As the universal application of mobile terminals,learners can access to a large number of free study materials about the college micro-lecture,which creates conditions for building a learning society.更多还原
