溶胶凝胶包覆放电等离子烧结制备Fe-6.5Si/MgO微胞软磁复合材料
Fe-6.5Si/MgO Micri-celluler Soft Magnetic Composites(SMCs)prepared with So-gel and SPS
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法在Fe-6.5Si颗粒表面包覆了一层MgO绝缘壳层,并通过放电等离子技术(SPS)制备了Fe-6.5Si/MgO微胞软磁复合材料。经SPS烧结后制得的复合材料具有优异的软磁性能及力学性能,Fe-6.5Si/MgO复合材料的电阻率较Fe-6.5Si原始粉末提高了30倍,饱和磁感应强度Bs=1.498T;MgO颗粒形成了3D空间结构,使Fe-6.5Si/MgO软磁复合材料具有较高的弹性模量和抗压强度,抗压强度最高达1 075 MPa。
【Abstract】 The MgO insulation layers are coated on the surface of Fe-6.5Si particles by sol-gel method,and Fe-6.5Si/MgO micro-cellular soft magnetic composites are prepared with Spark Plasma Sintering(SPS).The prepared composites demonstrate excellent soft magnetic and mechanical properties:the electric resistivity of the composites is 30 times higher than that of original Fe-6.5Si powder;the saturable magnetic intensity Bs =1.498 T.3D structureis formed by MgO,which make the Fe-6.5Si/MgO have strong elastic modulus and compressive strength.The maximum compressive strength is up to 1 075 MPa
