【摘要】 以计划行为理论为切入点,通过对高校教师的问卷调查,以探寻高校教师知识共享行为的影响因素以及它们之间的关系。实证研究结果表明,高校教师知识共享行为受知识共享意愿和感知行为控制的直接影响,受知识共享态度的间接影响。与此同时,通过知识共享态度的作用,知识共享的主观规范对知识共享意愿也会产生间接影响,在这些因素的共同作用下,高校教师有产生知识共享意愿,从而促成知识共享行为的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper explored the factors affecting knowledge sharing between university teachers and their mutual relationships through a questionnaire survey based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. The result of this empirical study suggests that the knowledge sharing between university teachers are directly affected by their willingness of sharing and cognitive behavior control,and indirectly affected by their attitudes towards knowledge sharing. Meanwhile,one’s subjective principles may also indirectly affect his or her willingness by means of their attitudes toward this specific behavior.
