【摘要】 高校在党委领导下的各部门有着不同的职能,在培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观方面各有优势,综合运用各种平台可以更好地发挥高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的主阵地作用。当前高校青年教师主流价值观整体上是好的,但受多种因素影响在价值取向和行为准则方面也存在一定偏差和问题。高校统战工作在政治协商、民主监督、参政议政、示范引领等方面对青年教师开展社会主义核心价值观教育方面有其自身的优势,积极探索、充分发挥统战工作职能,扩大对青年教师的影响,使青年教师成为社会主义核心价值观的倡导者、践行者和传承者,是高校统战工作的重要职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various departments in universities under the leadership of the party committees have different functions,in terms of cultivating and promoting the socialist core values,it has an advantage; to use the various platforms can better play the role of the main position of the cultivation and practice of the socialist core value concept. Generally speaking,the mainstream values of young college teachers are good,but there are some deviations and problems in value orientation and behavior criterion which are affected by many factors. The united front work of universities in the following aspects such as political consultation,democratic supervision,political participation and demonstration has its own advantages to carry out the socialist core values education for the young teachers,it is one of the important responsibilities of the united front work in universities to actively explore,give full play to the functions of united front work,expand the impact on the young teachers,make the young teachers become the advocator,practitioners,successors of socialist core values,is one of the important responsibilities of the united front work in colleges and universities.更多还原
