【Abstract】 Based on original method, the authors improve the method of X fluorescence spectrometry to determine primary and secondary elements in rock, soil and stream sediment. Those shorten the determination time of the sample and speed up the determination of the sample. The precision and the accurate of the method are controlled within the scope of the permit, the speed is quickly and the reproducibility is very good.The result of the measurement was satisfactory.更多还原
